Damon has worked in the creative services profession for over 30 years, acted as a Creative Director for the past 19 years, and is the President/Founder of what!design. His job is to manage what!design’s creative work and coordinate the design team, including contractors and vendors. Damon received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Massachusetts College of Art. Well-respected in the design community, Damon’s work has been featured in all the premier design publications and he’s been the recipient of numerous design awards. He has also taught at various design institutions in the New England area including the Massachusetts College of Art.
